All incoming returns are tracked and anticipated, so before sending a shipment back to us we ask that you contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your inquiry. If you send an item back without contacting our support we will be unable to issue you a refund.
If Wild Oak Supplements has made a mistake during the packaging of your order, a return label will be sent to you free of charge. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the shipment is received by our team, we will be able to issue you a refund for the subtotal of your order. This means we will refund you what you paid for the product(s) deducting any discounts used for the purchase. If you send in a package that is unidentifiable, we will be unable to refund you, so be sure to have the name the order was placed under visible in or on the package, along with your order number.
